TrustCapital claims to be a licensed broker under double regulation including Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC) and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
We searched Belize FSC and CySEC but found no matching result in Belize FSC. However, we found a warning in CySEC. CySEC issued a warning that TrustCapital is providing financial services without authorization.
That means TrustCapital is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
