We indeed find a match result to TMS Capital Limited in FCA. But as per the regulatory details shown on FCA, the only approved domain of the licensed TMS Capital Limited is "www.tms-capital.com" instead of the one used by Twowaymarkets. That means Twowaymarkets may be a clone firm that falsely uses the regulation info of a licensed firm. The truth is, Twowaymarkets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
