Broker violations and abnormal records
  • Jan 17, 2024 BrokersView has reviewed that Ultimate Market Option is an unregulated broker

Ultimate Market Option showcases two certificates as evidence of its legitimacy. One purports a partnership with a university, which lacks credibility when it comes to online trading. The other appears to be a falsified Companies House (CH) license, with obvious signs of photoshopping and an incorrect assertion that the CH is in the US, despite the badge on it being associated with the UK. These findings serve as a warning sign for potential fraudulent activities.

What's more, the broker's website claims that its operators, namely Ultimate Market Option Trading Services Ltd and Prime Technologies Ltd, are registered in Seychelles and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines respectively. However, our search for both companies yielded no matching results, suggesting this information is also fabricated.

Although a US address is listed, there are no indications that Ultimate Market Option is registered as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA), and thus it is not subject to its oversight.

In essence, Ultimate Market Option is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
