On 10 June 2022, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a warning that Ultimatebitcash is NOT a Maltese registered company NOR licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. Ultimatebitcash claims to be a reliable broker under multiple regulations including:

 1) the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) ;

 2) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA);

 3) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin); 

 4) the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF);

 5) the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB). 

We searched UK FCA, Bafin, AMF and CONSOB and found no matching result. That means Ultimatebitcash is not regulated by the four mentioned regulators to provide financial services. 

However, we found a warning issued by MFSA against Ultimatebitcash. MFSA warned the public that Ultimatebitcash is not a Maltese registered company nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.

The truth is Ultimatebitcash is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
