Ultra Fx Option claims to be registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), company number 03624767. However, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
It also claims that its branch, Ultra Fx Option Overseas Ltd, is regulated by Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number 17933. We searched the number in VFSC but found the number belongs to another company.
Besides, the broker (Ultra Fx Option Group Ltd) also claims to be regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC),the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) (NOT a forex regulator). However, we did not find the company in CySEC or BaFin and the broker was not regulated by it.
Moreover, FCA issued a warning that Ultra Fx Option was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that Ultra Fx Option is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
