    UNICORN FX claims to be owned and operated by UNICORN FOREX LIMITED, a company registered with the Companies House (CH) under Registration Number 12642940. While it is true that we found corresponding records in the CH register, investors must bear in mind that the CH only serves as a registrar of companies and is not empowered to issue financial licenses or regulate the financial industry. Brokers in the UK are required to obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before soliciting investors. However, the FCA has issued a warning against UNICORN FX for offering financial services or products without proper authorization.

    In essence, UNICORN FX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
