UnionFx Trading claims to be registered in the UK with registration number 12128084. We searched the number in Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) and found a company named BITNOVEL LIMITED. However, no information can prove the company is the one that operates UnionFx Trading. Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. So having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
Moreover, the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) issued a warning that UnionFx Trading is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that UnionFx Trading is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
