You may visit: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/universal-access-invest.UNIVERSAL ACCESS INVEST claims to be a member of The Financial Commission, a trading platform allegedly regulated by multiple financial regulatory authorities, including the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC) with license number 185/120, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa under FSP No. 460114, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with number 600475, and the Malta Financial Services Authority ( MFSA).
But our search of the CySEC, FSCA and MFSA yielded no results.
UNIVERSAL ACCESS INVEST is also not authorized and regulated by the FCA. The FRN provided by the platform belongs to an unrelated entity. The FCA issued a warning against UNIVERSAL ACCESS INVEST, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation in the UK.
The truth is that UNIVERSAL ACCESS INVEST is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
