    UOSHING is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. UOSHING claims it is authorized and regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) with an MSB license: M20153968 and the US National Futures Association (NFA) under a supervision number: 0531209.

    We do find match results to UOSHING in the above two authorities. But first, please be informed that FINTRAC is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex services. 

    Second, as for the regulation info of NFA, UOSHING is not overseen by NFA as it is not an approved member of the regulator. As a forex trader, you must bear in mind that if a broker claims to be eligible to solicit US customers in forex activities, it must: 1) be accredited as an approved Forex Dealer Member of NFA; 2) be admitted as a "retail forex exchange dealer." However, UOSHING doesn't satisfy these conditions.

    The truth is that UOSHING is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
