    UpperTrade claims to be owned by Tetris Group LTD, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica with a registration number 2021/IBC00019. But please be informed that Dominica currently has no forex regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex trading.

    More importantly, the Romania Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) issued a warning against both Tetris Group LTD and UpperTrade for being not authorized by the Financial Supervision Authority to provide investment services and activities according to the provisions of Law no. 126/2018 regarding financial instruments.

    The truth is, UpperTrade is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
