    According to its website,UpSale FX claims to be regulated by the FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY St Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG FSA).However,there is no matching information was found in the SVG FSA.

    The truth is that UpSale FX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
