However, the information disclosed by the ASIC cannot support the claimed affiliation between VALORICA and VALOR FINANCIAL GROUP PTY LTD. We suspect that this trading platform is involved in a potential identity fraud. In addition, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added VALORICA to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
In essence, VALORICA is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. VALORICA appears to be a scam.
