Valuta Markets, operated by MVE Holdings Ltd, claims to be registered in Marshall Islands and regulated by "MISA". However, MISA is not a forex regulator, so we only searched the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) and found the company. But please be informed that IRI is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
Moreover, the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) issued a warning that Valuta Markets was not authorized to provide forex services in France. On April 13, 2023, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) ordered its website to be blacked out.
The truth is that Valuta Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
