While we found a match on the ABN, it's worth noting that ABNs don't carry the authority to regulate forex trading in Australia. We checked the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the office address provided and found no match. Furthermore, and more importantly, we discovered that the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued a warning against Vergo Pty. Ltd., believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization.
Vergo Pty. Ltd. is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, Vergo Pty. Ltd. is a scam.
