1) The Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number 13326527;
2) The US National Futures Association (NFA) under an NFA ID: 0538884.
3) The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) with an MSB Reg Number: 31000195364105.
But first please be informed that FinCEN is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex service.
Second, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But we did not find any match results to VIPOTOR in FCA.
As for the regulation in NFA, we found this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA as it is not an approved member of the regulator.
