VISENO claims it is is regulated by the Canadian Monetary Services Industry Financial Regulatory Authority (MSB) under registration number: M21536651. We do find a match result to VISENO in FINTRAC MSB. But please be informed, FINTRAC MSB does not issue license for forex trading or regulate forex. Having registration does not mean having regulation.
Besides, VISENO shows its office address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any match results to VISENO in FCA. That means VISENO is not an approved broker to do forex in the UK.
