They share the same sales pitch, website design, and even the regulatory claims at the bottom of their websites. However, after searching, we found no matching information with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Ironically, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Vivagopro to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.
Vivagopro is not regulated, which means there are no legal protections for the funds of investors. It appears that Vivagopro may be a scam.
