Vivian Trade claims to be regulated by FINMSA with the Registered Number M08253463. However, there is no regulator called FINMSA among the recognized financial regulatory bodies. This broker fabricated a name as well as the number to appear legitimate so that they can deceive investors. In addition, based on the location they provided on the homepage, we searched for Vivian Trade in the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Cananda (IIROC), but didn't find any results. What's more, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has ordered this broker's website to be blacked out since it offers financial services illegally.
