According to its website, it claims to be registered in Saint Lucia and indicates that the office address is in the UAE. As we all know, Saint Lucia does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange, and after inquiries, no matching information was found in the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE).
In essence, W2Forex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. W2Forex appears to be a scam.
