But it lacks detailed regulatory information. A company that offers financial services must have financial license in the country where it is located.
Upon investigation, we found that WellVest is not authorized and regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) added WELLVEST to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
The truth is that WellVest is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
