Win Protocol claims it is an international business company authorized and regulated by The Securities Commission of the Bahamas (Bahamas SCB). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in Bahamas SCB. Besides, Win Protocol also claims to be a subsidiary of Protocol Capital Management LTD, a company authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 05048430. We indeed found a match result to Protocol Capital Management LTD in FCA. But as per the regulatory details shown on FCA, the only approved domain of this licensed firm is "www.protocolmoney.com" instead of the one used by Win Protocol.
More important, FCA issued a warning against Win Protocol for being a clone firm, which falsely used the details of firms the UK FCA authorised to try to convince people that it works for a genuine, authorized firm.
The truth is, Win Protocol is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
