    Wintrade Invest claims to be registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), registration number 12191887. However, we searched the number and found the number belonged to another company named EXPERT FX LIMITED. That means the broker is not registered in the UK. Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.

    The truth is that Wintrade Invest is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
