    Winvestock claims to be owned by the Winvestop-Group and that it is located in the UK. As we searched for this broker in the register of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we found it is listed as an unauthorized firm by the FCA. This is a red flag. In addition, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has added Winvestock to its warning list as a fraudulent trading platform.

    In essence, Winvestock is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
