Broker violations and abnormal records
XBT claims to be a broker regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB), supposedly holding the license number SIA-F217. However, we haven't located any corresponding records in the SCB's register. In addition, the claimed regulatory information, the content, and the graphic designs are similar to other fake brokers previously flagged by BrokersView, such as UNICFDS. This is a big warning sign.
In essence, XBT is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
