Broker violations and abnormal records
It displays a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) certificate on its website and claims to be located in the UK. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As we all know, the SEC does not have the authority to regulate foreign exchange. At the same time, we also searched the National Futures Association (NFA) and found no relevant information.
In essence, XenitMarkets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. XenitMarkets appears to be a scam.
