  • Feb 16, 2025 BrokersView has reviewed that XM Defi is an unregulated broker

XM Defi run two websites: aaaxmcfd.com and aaaxmglomarkets.com. Both of them were registered in late 2024. The broker misuses the information of a genuine counterpart, XM, creating the illusion of being legitimate or having potential relationship with the XM. This is shady. XM doesn't bear any responsibility for aaaxmcfd.com and aaaxmglomarkets.com. The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA) has added the two websites to its warning list.

In essence, XM Defi is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  XM Defi appears to be a scam.

  • Oct 20, 2025 BrokersView has identified that XM Defi's website is currently offline

BrokersView found that the domains "https://aaaxmglomarkets.com/en/index; https://aaaxmcfd.com/en/index" are currently inaccessible. This is widely regarded as a significant red flag, as the suspension of a broker's website often points to underlying regulatory or operational issues.
