    First, it should be noted that both the CH and the SIC have no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. Second, when searching the VFSC for this broker, we found no matching results and the license number 40356 belongs to another company named TRADEMAX GLOBAL LIMITED. That means what Zenultra Forex Ltd claims over the regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors. More importantly, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has listed this broker as an unauthorized firm.
