According to the platform, IBD Solutions LLC is allegedly registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA). However, our search for this company in the register of the SVG FSA didn't yield any results. This means it is not under the supervision of this offshore regulator.
Furthermore, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added ZERTOM to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
