CNMV Warns Against Unauthorised Investment Apps and Websites

Spain’s securities regulator, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), has issued a fresh warning against multiple entities and mobile applications that are not authorised to provide investment services in Spain.

 

According to the regulator, the listed firms are not registered in the official CNMV registry and are therefore not permitted to offer investment services or carry out regulated financial activities. Several of the flagged names are being promoted through WhatsApp groups and mobile apps, while others operate websites presenting themselves as legitimate investment companies.

Among the entities warned are CARLYLE PRO APP, CARLYLE INL APP, VINS FX (vinsfx.xyz), CAPITAL FUNDS LIMITED (capitalfundsltd.com), BITSTACK VENTURES (bitstack-ventures.ltd), LONDONBANK and related brands (banklondongroup.uk), MAGNATE MARKETS (magnatemarkets.net), FV MAX and its mobile app, FXCESS (fxcess.com), CCPE MAX APP, and CLARO FINLORE (claro-finlore.com).

 

In one case, the CNMV clarified that networkfinancialservices.com is a clone website and has no connection with the legitimately registered firm NFS Network Financial Services Ltd, whose official website is www.nfseurope.com and is properly authorised in Spain as an investment services company.
