Malaysia's SC Flags Six Unauthorized Entities, Including Clone Firms

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has added six unauthorized websites, investment products, and individuals to its Investor Alert List as of March 3, 2026.

The newly listed entities are Wantage Markets, iDinar, IG MIN, and Invesmen Trade Malaysia. The regulator also identified two potential clone entities—Hata Digital and Mercury Securities—warning that they may falsely claim affiliation with legitimate companies.

The SC reminded the public that the list serves as a reference guide and is not exhaustive, urging investors to verify credentials before committing funds.
