CySEC Withdraws CIF Licence of TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets

Jun 10, 2026 WikiForex

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation of TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd, a contracts for difference (CFD) broker offering leveraged trading in forex, indices, commodities, metals and shares.

The decision was announced yesterday (June 9th), followed the company’s voluntary decision to renounce its authorisation. CySEC confirmed that the withdrawal was processed based on a decision taken earlier this year.

“TTCM is no longer authorised to provide investment services under the Cypriot regulatory framework,” CySEC stated, adding that the authorisation has been formally removed and that judicial review does not apply to this case.

What This Means for TTCM Clients

With its CIF licence now withdrawn, TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd is no longer permitted to offer investment or ancillary services in or from Cyprus. Clients who held accounts with the Cyprus-licensed entity are advised to check the firm’s official communications regarding fund transfers or account closures.

CySEC has not announced any fines or enforcement actions against the company, as the licence removal was initiated by the firm’s own renunciation.

Background

TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd had operated under CySEC supervision, offering leveraged CFD products to retail and professional clients. The firm’s website continues to market its services under other international licences, though the Cyprus entity has now ceased regulated operations.
