Global multi-asset broker XS.com has appointed Maria Pesca Santos as Regional Director for Latin America to strengthen its leadership and support regional expansion.

In her new role, Santos will oversee the company's Latin American operations, focusing on execution, operational efficiency, governance, and alignment with XS.com's global strategy.

With more than 15 years of experience across Latin America and North America, Santos has led operational transformation and governance initiatives in regulated financial markets.

XS.com said the appointment reflects its commitment to combining strong local leadership with global standards as it continues expanding its international presence.
