Belgium's FSMA Warns Against Six Unauthorized Crypto Firms

4 hours ago WikiForex

Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has warned investors against six companies offering crypto-asset services without the required authorization under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation.

Under MiCA, which took effect at the end of 2024, companies must obtain authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) before offering crypto services within the European Union.

The FSMA identified the following unauthorized firms:

Aurum Foundation (aurum.foundation)
Bank Bit (bank-bit.com)
Bithf Pro (bitfpro.org)
Dxago (dxago.com)
Global Dynamic Trade (globaldynamictrade.org)
ZeriaFunding (zeriafunding.com)

The regulator has added these companies to its list of fraudulent CASPs and urged investors not to use their services.

The FSMA noted that the list is not exhaustive and will be updated as new unauthorized firms are identified.
