DFSA Flags Fraudulent Trading Platforms Tasenovass LTD. and Akanivutar Over False Licensing Claims

9 hours ago WikiForex

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has issued a warning over a scam involving two firms, Tasenovass LTD. and Akanivutar, which falsely claim to be regulated by the DFSA.

Fake DFSA Register Used to Mislead Investors

The DFSA said scammers created a counterfeit website resembling the regulator’s Public Register, falsely showing that Tasenovass LTD. holds a DFSA licence.

In addition, separate fake websites were reportedly created for Tasenovass LTD. and Akanivutar’s trading platforms. These sites contain false claims that the platforms are regulated not only by the DFSA but also by other international financial authorities.

The regulator confirmed that neither Tasenovass LTD. nor Akanivutar has ever been authorised by the DFSA. The trading platforms operated by these entities are also not regulated or supervised by the Dubai-based financial regulator.

Investors are advised to avoid dealing with these firms and verify any financial service provider through official regulatory channels before investing.
