Italy’s CONSOB Blocks Six Unauthorized Investment Websites, Total Bans Reach 1,718

Italy’s financial regulator CONSOB has ordered the blocking of access to six unauthorized investment websites as part of its ongoing crackdown on illegal financial services and online trading platforms.

The websites affected by the latest orders include Orbisolyx, FXC Capital, OasisBF, IMGPartners.cm, Auralyex, and Wexdor, along with several associated client and webtrader pages. The websites targeted by the orders are: 

“Orbisolyx” (website www.orbisolyx.com and page https://webtrader.grumblinion-radiex.com);
 “FXC Capital” (website https://fxc-capitals.com and associated page https://client.fxc-capitals.com); 
“OasisBF” (website https://oasisbf.com and associated page https://trader.oasisbf.com); 
“IMGPartners.cm” (website https://imgpartners.cm and related pages https://client.imgpartners.cm and https://webtrader.imgpartners.cm); 
“Auralyex” (website www.auralyex.co and related page https://webtrader.possares-renoyx.com); 
“Wexdor” (website https://wexdor.com and related page https://webtrader.wexdor.com).

Since July 2019, CONSOB has blocked a total of 1,718 websites linked to unauthorized financial activities. The regulator added that 204 of those cases were related to crypto-related operations.

Italian authorities continue to warn investors to verify whether a broker or investment platform is properly authorized before depositing funds or engaging in online trading activities.
