FINMA Issues Warnings Against Multiple Unauthorised Financial Websites, Including Clones

Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has issued a public warning against several websites suspected of operating without registration or impersonating authorised Swiss financial institutions.

The regulator said that many of the identified sites have no entry in the Swiss Commercial Register and are not connected to the legitimate firms whose names they allegedly misuse. Among the flagged entities are:

Reuss AG (reuss-ag.com) – not related to registered Reuss Finanz AG.

MC Patrimoine (mc‑patrimoine.ch) – not linked to the legitimate MC Patrimoine SA.

FP Asset Management (fpassetmgt.com) – not affiliated with the registered FP Asset Management AG.

Swiss Royal Capital (swissroyalcapital.ch) – falsely associated with Banca Aletti & C. (Suisse) SA.

Prophinity AI (prophinity-ai.com) – not connected to Alphée Investments SA.

doronzo-ag.net – unrelated to Doronzo Family Office AG.

Tezos AI (tezos-ai.com) – not linked to the registered Tezos AG.

Other unnamed sites such as InfinityMaxEdge, Fest Rendwald, Alternative Leaders, and Alpivesta also lack Commercial Register entries.

FINMA reminded investors to always verify the identity and registration status of any financial service provider before engaging with investment offers. The warnings form part of the authority's ongoing efforts to combat unauthorised activities and protect consumers from potential fraud.
