Italian Watchdog Consob Orders Blackout of 12 Unauthorised Financial Websites

17 hours ago WikiForex

Italy’s securities regulator, Consob, has ordered the blackout of 12 websites as part of its ongoing crackdown on financial abuse.

The move targets platforms offering investment services and financial products without proper authorisation. Among the blocked sites, www.elite-flows.com was found to be conducting a public offering of financial products without an approved prospectus. Additionally, ten sites were found to be illegally providing investment services and activities, while one site was advertising an unauthorised trading platform.

The full list of blacklisted websites includes:

GoMarketsLtd (https://go-market-ltd.net and https://client.go-market-ltd.net)

Dryden Partners (https://drydenpartners.com)

Atf GlobalX (https://atfglobalx.co and https://client.atfglobalx.co)

LSEGCapital Limited (www.lsegcapital.com, https://client.lsegcapital.com, https://webtrader.lsegcapital.com)

Roccanazionale IA / Zenterovlima.pro (https://roccanazionale.com, https://roccanazionaleia.it, https://roccanazionale-ia.org, https://roccanazionale-it.com, and advertising site https://zenterovlima.pro)

PFT Certx International Ltd and Zeus Global Asset Management FZCO (www.pftcertx.com and www.pftcertx.it)

Elite-Flows Limited and Green Wealth Limited (www.elite-flows.com)

With these 12 blackouts, the total number of websites blocked by Consob since July 2019 – when the authority was granted the power to order the removal of abusive financial intermediaries’ websites – now rises to 1,666.
