4 hours ago WikiForex

Italy’s financial regulator, Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), has ordered the blocking of three new websites that were found to be providing investment services without proper authorization.

According to the regulator, the following platforms have been targeted in the latest enforcement action:

  • “IG Group 24” – operating through the websites iggroup24.life and the related page my.24igg.to

  • “Mont Blanc Investment Ltd” – operating through montblancltd.com and the related client portal client.montblancltd.com

  • “Activ Markets” – operating through activmarkets.org and the related web trading platform webtrader.ac-markets-webtraderplatform.org

CONSOB stated that these websites were offering financial or investment services to the public without the required regulatory authorization.

As of the latest update, the total number of websites blocked by the authority has reached 1,588.

Wikiforex reminds the increasing sophistication of online fraud, highlighting the growing use of cloned websites, deceptive emails, fake profiles impersonating public figures or celebrities, and content generated using artificial intelligence—such as images, voices, or videos—designed to mislead investors into making harmful financial decisions.
